SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Memory Lab! We are committed to delivering your comfort as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast, reliable shipping on all our memory foam pillows.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (after processing).

  • Shipping Cost: FREE.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather conditions.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Memory Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for domestic US orders, standard sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at jblpoulet24@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Memory Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
